Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team through the Contact page on our website.
We’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or model, please contact us before shipping your return.
We’ll confirm availability and arrange the exchange if possible.
